Properties Committee

This is a small group each with expertise in different areas of maintenance. We liaise with architects, builders, plumbers, electricians, on heating, lighting, audio problems, or any other matters which needs particular expertise.

We act as advisers to the PCC and take responsibility for any maintenance matters which are beyond the competence of the general PCC.
